Weight loss has always been a challenge for people around the world. People gain weight for various reasons, but the most difficult one is they have no control of doing. Some are due to medical conditions, hereditary or just indulging on fatty foods.

One great way to win this battle is by eating healthy and exercising daily. This is a subject I understand very well because I could never eat enough to gain weight. I always wish to gain weight but can never maintain it. Therefore, my condition is a little ironic as to the topic of discussion.

One great way to check your progress while on your mission is to track the amount of calories you are burning. This is a good gauge to let you know of your progress in winning the battle of the bulge. Stay positive and persistent and in the end you will see much great results.

Weight loss is a battle, many Americans and people across the globe battle on a daily basis. We all have someone in our family that's over weight or fat to  be exact. Being fat is not as taboo as it once was, many people today embrace their weight or extra pounds. Some call it being thick, "thick" seems to be a new way of glorifying this disease.
